The ultimate irony
I may not stop laughing for a week.
The Universe, God,
And irony.
See, my long-term ex, Vince, well, his current partner is Toni, formerly Tony, a male-to-female transgendered person.
So is Web-Boy… er, Web-Girl… er, well I’m still a little confused here. Still has the male plumbing, so I guess boy still works.
What are the chances of two gay men, separating after 13 or 15 or however many years, finding their next love in an M2F TG?
This explains why he’s been so hesitant, so skittish and so self-protective. Tonight, after he, erm, came out to me, we talked and talked and it turns out he really, really likes me a lot, which is causing him a bit of confusion right now. This was the reason for the recent distance. He wasn’t sure how I’d take the news and, get this, he didn’t want to lose me!
He remains the light of my life, the man of my dreams. Or something. A new complication, a new wrinkle in which to inject some psychic botox.
So there you have it. Scenic Route veers off in directions uncharted by MapQuest.
And you wanna hear the payoff? The Rochester Transgender Group is a hosting client. Yup. Right here on my server.

So that’s why s/he was interested in amniocentesis. Just don’t get him pregnant until he’s she.

ROFL
Uh, it’s one of the lesbian couples who are pregnant. Still, it explains why conversations about needles didn’t maky him, er, her (still having trouble with pronouns) squeamish-—given there are more, um, significant procedures in the works. One thing struck me though today. Never having been with a woman, I’m still a virgin in that regard. Does that mean I can wear white at the wedding?

Bruce I guess that is ironic. Hope it works out for you as it did for me with Toni. By the way, it was 15 years. Take care…Vince
