Hot journaler-on-journaler action
I’m all giddy over Von visiting R-Town on the weekend of the 18th. She’s one of the few journalers I’ve read consistently since I started my own. Her site requires a password, which I’m sure she’d be happy to send you.
We’ve both had our issues and ups and downs over the years and are both on a solid upswing now. Which contributes mightily to the giddiness. It’s just so nice to have good things happening for friends and knowing conversation won’t get all bogged down with junk.
Anyway, she’s visiting with her BF. They’ll have family things to do, and sightseeing too I’m sure, (See the snow. See the clouds. Look! More snow, more clouds!) but that hasn’t stopped me from putting together a short list of restaurants (including sushi) and activities, including just hanging out here. She gets to pick. I’m flexible now, remember?
Ooooo! I just can’t wait!

Hi Bruce – I’m Von’s other Rochester friend. She says she and Dave are playing it by ear so maybe we’ll all meet together at one place – who knows? I live in Fairport, btw. Now I have to go read more about you.
