Shock treatment
I don’t smoke indoors any more. I got out of the habit living at Mark’s and of course you can’t smoke indoors in public in New York State.
I like my kitchen door the opens out onto the balcony/fire escape. That’s where I go to smoke and it’s much more convenient for coming and going. I used the building door from the courtyard today, just because I can’t remember when the last time was that I used it.
In any event, I don’t think a metal fire escape is a good place to smoke, or do anything else for that matter, when it’s a thundering and lightening to beat the band.
